Free Will and Determinism
Backstory and Lore
I’m developing and writing the backstory and lore for Seed, an MMO set in the future on the exoplanet Avesta. It is being produced by Klang Games.
The wide ranging narrative exists across several media and platforms. It tells an ambitious story that looks at global communication in the 20th century, as well as the development of science and technology in the contemporary and near future periods. Interested in related questions around the Antropocene, transhumanism and Big Data, the overall project builds toward a parable for the climate crisis and humanity’s possible futures.

Join us as we go on a storytelling journey, as we take an irreverent and curious look at the future of humanity. We interview some fascinating thinkers, creators, inventors, artists and business people as we navigate the past, present and future. Now What? A whole lot, it seems…
